www.canariastrade.com is referred to in this Terms & Conditions as "we", "us", "our", "this web", "the web", “the website” and "canariastrade". Product/-s refers to all items we have for selling at the web. “Partners” and “third parties” are the individuals (whether single persons or companies) we collaborate with.

We reserve the right to estipulate sizes availability, as for some products, it may not be possible to buy them as single units, but as a box.

6. Payments & Prices

Payment methods and prices will be stipulated in the web itself and in defect (if not shown for a specific case/-s) it will be dealt directly with the person/company making the purchase. Prices and conditions may vary from buyer to buyer depending on volume and other related purchase conditions. If payments are accepted in other currencies other than in Czech Koruna, latest exchange rate will be applied.
Prices are rounded up to the closest decimal. Especial discounts/offers may only apply for some terms/periods of time shown and not to all products on the web and are always subject to stock availability. Offers and related promotions if any may be terminated at any time without any previous notice if necessary, even if the published period/date is still current. We reserve the right to change any published price at any time if necessary without any notice. All published prices include local VAT and related charges. If products are not bought face to face with us or at any published authorised store/selling point, any extra sending costs/shipments and other related postage charges we will have to send the products purchased, will be paid extra by the person/company buying the product/-s, as they are not included in the selling price.
Canariastrade will not be liable for those charges/extra costs, unless otherwise stated by us in a written form. Please also note that late payments can carry an extra charge/cost and if necessary the cancelation of any order (delivered or not) and potentially if also necessary due to a contract breach, the termination of the cooperation if any.

We reserve the right to reject any application that we may receive if we believe if not in the interest of Canariastrade and/or any third party/partner we collaborate with. By becoming a partner, you fully agree with our Terms & Conditions. For especial cases where contracts and/or specific rules may be needed, a different contract may apply for the specific new potential partner registration. Contracts may vary from registration to registration based on the new company specifications and agreements. We will also stipulate and/or restrict and/or ban if necessary, who our partners and third parties can sell to. Canariastrade can also restrict the selling of the products to some areas, limiting its selling distribution by agreed cities and/or areas, which will be dealt with the individual partner/third party. Canariastrade has the right to control the online selling of the whole range of products in the whole Czech Republic and can deny if decides so any online selling to any potential and/or existing partner/third party. We have the right to report to the Czech authorities any wrong doing from any partner and/or third party we may cooperate with.

Reselling our products is completely forbidden in any form and way by any third party, partner we may collaborate with unless otherwise stated by us in a written or verbal form with the party involved. All verbal contracts have the obligation to be written and signed by the parties involved (Canariastrade and the party involved), unless otherwise stated by us in a written form or in any other written contract/agreement.
